Sporty but still Chic

Hello my loves!! I've been MIA lately. I know, I know!!

My baby has been my number 1 priority ever since the day he was born so it's honestly difficult to keep up with my blog now a days. I try my hardest to always keep you posted with my latest outfits but every time I dress up, It becomes almost impossible to take a little brake just to take some photos. It's either I'm in a big rush doing baby stuff, making food or running errands. I even started the gym a couple of days ago so imagine how hectic my life is at this moment. Well, I know there are tons of mothers that can do it all at once but I'm sure they get helped from other people as well. In my position, I do everything on my own so it does get extremely overwhelming sometimes. I honestly do some much nonstop during the day that I even forget to sit down for a bit & relax. Anyhow, here is one of my latest outfit that I wanted to share with you because it's completely comfortable but still cute! I definitely went for the sporty look but added the clear Marc Jacobs bag and Leather hat to add some edge to the look. Hope you all like this look!!

Hello my loves!
In January 2013, Gwen Stefani appeared on the cover of Vogue Magazine wearing a YSL outfit which totally became one of my favorite Vogue covers this year! It really grew on me how gorgeous she looked in such masculine looking pieces. She made that floppy bow necktie and flashy sequin jacket look majorly elegant and instantly made that Vogue cover so memorable for me! I was so inspired by her outfit, that I couldn't stop thinking of how much I wanted to recreate the look but never had the chance to.
Since I'm all about glitz & glam for the holidays, I was digging through my closet and found this gold sequin jacket I had purchased from soho last year. The minute I saw the jacket, Gwen's Vogue cover image popped in my head right away. I was like, BINGO!!

What better way to celebrate the holidays wearing all types of sparkly, glittery & shiny clothes.. right?
I started looking for more similar pieces I could possibly find in my closet to make the same "Look For Less" outfit. I got extremely excited because I put all the pieces together that I've already owned but the only thing I was missing was that chiffon bow necktie! I immediately went to my nearest local fabric store and bought half yard of regular black chiffon to finish the look. PEOPLE!! Notice the only YSL item I'm using in this whole outfit is my YSL lipstick in color 1 Beige Charnel LOL X-D .................VOILA!!!!!
